These terms cover your use of www.peakgrowthpartner.com. The site is run by Peak Growth Partner LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company based in Crosby, Minnesota. By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to drake@peakgrowthpartner.com.

The free audit

The free AI-search audit is a quick, automated check of a public website. It is general information, not a guarantee of how any search engine or AI assistant will treat a site. Run it only on a website you own or have permission to check. Please do not use it to flood the site with requests.

Text messages

Peak Growth Partner sends text messages from (218) 772-4289 to people who sign up on our text updates page or who text that number first. Messages may be sent by Drake, our AI assistant.

What we text about. Your inquiry, your free website audit, calls you book (scheduling and reminders), and the services you asked about.
How often. Message frequency varies with what you asked for.
Cost. We never charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop. We send one text confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more. Reply START to sign up again.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email drake@peakgrowthpartner.com.
Consent. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No guarantees of rankings or mentions

No one controls what Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity or any other AI assistant shows. Scores, examples and results on this site describe specific sites on the dates given. They are not a promise of what another business will see.

Work for clients

Website builds, upgrades and other paid work are covered by a separate written agreement with each client. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Our content

The text, images and design of this site belong to Peak Growth Partner or are used with permission. Client websites shown here belong to their owners. You may link to any page and quote short parts with credit.

Links to other sites

We link to client sites and outside sources. We are not responsible for what those sites contain.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or the free audit.

These terms are governed by Minnesota law. If they change, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our Privacy Policy.
